Terms and Conditions

Whilst we like to maintain a relaxed and informal relationship with everyone who comes to stay with us, please make sure you understand and agree with the terms set out below so that there is no misunderstanding prior to, or whilst staying with us.

  • Deposit and Payment.
    £100 deposit payable to secure your booking, remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to holiday dates. Thank you.
  • Cancellation.
    In case of cancellation every effort will be made to re-let the property. If this is possible then your balance of rental will be returned.
  • Care of Property.
    We ask that people treat our property with care and respect. Please report any breakages or damages so these can be replaced, usually at no charge. Negligent damage will be subject to charge.
  • Right of Admission.
    We reserve the right to refuse admission to the property and to require persons to leave if we consider there is a breach of contract or deem that there is damage to the property, cause of nuisance, or conduct of an offensive manner.
  • Smoking/Pets.
    Sorry but we do not allow smoking in the properties. NO pets.
  • Letting Times.
    The usual time of take over is 4 O'Clock in the afternoon (subject to unavoidable delays - if you will be late yourselves, please let us know). We request the property is vacated by 10.00am on the final day of your stay. As part of the terms of the let we ask that every reasonable care is taken of the contents and the property be left in a clean and tidy condition on departure.
